Position: Graphic Artist – Denver Based (in office a minimum of three days per week)

Reports to: VP of Brand Storytelling & Community    

Status: Non-Exempt (hourly)

Hours: 40 hours/week 

Purpose: The Graphic Designer brings MomCo’s mission to life through bold, cohesive, and innovative. In this role, you will shape the look, feel, and story of new programs, campaigns, and internal initiatives ensuring every creative touchpoint moves moms, serves churches, and strengthens our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Visual Design

  • Create new brand identities for internal departments, products, and campaigns — naming, logo development, typography, and supporting visuals
  • Translate abstract ideas, loose concepts, and early brainstorming into strong, clear,
    compelling visuals.
  • Strengthen and evolve the MomCo master brand through thoughtful refinements and
    campaign-based adaptations.
  • Deliver polished, print-ready files and maintain excellence across all final products.
  • Design high-impact visuals for marketing, digital media, print materials, events,
    merchandise, and more.
  • Bring a creative edge to everything from slide decks and social media assets to packaging and signage.
  • Ensure visual storytelling aligns with tone, mission, and voice.

Creative Collaboration & Concepting

  • Participate in cross-department working groups to concept, prototype, and execute big
    ideas.
  • Stay ahead of design, culture, and tech trends- ensuring MomCo remains fresh, modern, and delightfully disruptive.

Job Qualifications

  • Follower of Jesus and able to faithfully sign and uphold the MomCo Faith & Values
    Statement.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand identity, graphic design, or art direction.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strength in both brand systems and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines.
  • Clear communicator, fast worker, thoughtful designer.
  • Comfortable iterating through feedback to find the strongest solution.
  • A commitment to visual storytelling that moves people and serves the mission.
  • Trustworthy with sensitive, in-development, or confidential projects.
