Subscription FAQs

When will I get my first issue?

We’re so excited to welcome you to The MomCo Journal family! Your first issue will be hand-mailed directly from our office within 7–10 business days of subscribing.

After that, you’ll be part of our regular quarterly print cycle, and each new issue will arrive straight from the printer — about every three months.

When each issue is printed, it typically takes 5-7 days for delivery. Unfortunately, we can not ship outside of the United States at this time.

This item is not eligible for returns. However, your satisfaction is what matters most to us, so should your item arrive damaged or defective, please reach out to service@themom.co for assistance.

Welcome to The MomCo Journal, a publication of MomCo Global (“MomCo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or receiving a subscription to The MomCo Journal (“Subscription”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

Subscription Overview

The MomCo Journal is a quarterly print magazine delivered four (4) times per year to subscribers within the United States. Your subscription begins with the next available issue following the date of purchase.

Subscription Term and Renewal

  • Annual Term: Each subscription is for a one-year period (4 issues).
  • Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel prior to renewal, your subscription will automatically renew for another one-year term using your payment method on file.
  • Notification: You will receive a reminder email before your renewal date with the current rate and option to update or cancel.
  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel at any time at www.themom.co/log-in or by emailing service@themom.co. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid term.

Pricing and Payment

  • Current Rate: $37 per year (includes shipping and handling).
  • Taxes: Sales tax may apply depending on your state or local regulations.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing at renewal. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
  • Payment Methods: Accepted payment types are listed on our checkout page.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Timeline: Each issue typically ships within 5–7 business days after printing.
  • U.S. Only: At this time, we can only ship within the United States.
  • Address Changes: To ensure uninterrupted delivery, please update your address at least 8 weeks before the next issue by emailing service@themom.co.
  • Undeliverable Copies: We are not responsible for missed issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns and Replacements

Subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if your magazine arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Please contact service@themom.co within 30 days of delivery to request a replacement copy.

Gift Subscriptions

When you purchase a gift subscription, we will notify the recipient by email and begin delivery with the next issue. All Terms listed here apply to gift recipients.

Use of Content

All content within The MomCo Journal (print or digital) is the intellectual property of MomCo Global and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the publication without prior written consent.

Privacy

We value your privacy. Your personal information is used only for managing your subscription and delivering your magazine. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

MomCo is not liable for delays, nondelivery, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control (including postal service delays, supply chain issues, or natural disasters). Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription term.
