Software Support Specialist

Position: Software Support Specialist – Hybrid (Monday-Wednesday in Denver office)

Reports to: Technical Product Owner    

Status: Non-Exempt

Hours: 40 hours/week 

Purpose: We’re looking for a multi-talented Software Support Specialist to be a go-to resource for our digital
systems and software solutions. This hybrid role blends software testing, staff training, system documentation, and technical support. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, loves solving problems, and can pivot seamlessly between behind-the-scenes tech and front-facing team support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver interface mock-ups in Photoshop and obtain approval prior to development assignment.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans based on task and feature requirements.
  • Lead detailed QA testing for individual tasks and major system releases, coordinating efforts with a team of volunteer testers.
  • Oversee and coach QA testers, providing structured test documentation and guidance.
  • Work with system users and testers to verify and replicate all reported issues/bugs to provide specifics to the developers.
  • Become a subject matter expert in internal systems, including:
    o Fusion (Internal ERP System)
    o Microsoft Teams
    o Asana
    o GivingFuel
    o HubSpot
    o GoHighLevel
  • Train new employees on the effective use of company software solutions and tools.
  • Create, update, and maintain department-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for system usage.
  • Offer responsive and empathetic customer support to internal staff for software-related questions and issues.

Job Qualifications

  • Follower of Jesus and able to faithfully sign and uphold the MomCo Faith and Values Statement.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop or other design/mock-up tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and lead collaborative testing efforts.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the listed platforms is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and empowering others through knowledge sharing.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Strong multitasking ability and comfort navigating both digital tools and physical office needs.
  • Friendly, organized, and helpful—ready to jump in wherever support is needed.

  • Annual salary range: $24-$26/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
