Position: Strategic Executive Coordinator & Brand Producer

Reports to: CEO

Status: Part-time in Denver Office

Hours: 30 hours/week with additional hours required during peak MOMCON season

Overview: This person is detail-obsessed, whip-smart, creatively-driven individual to serve as the right hand to our CEO, supporting her day-to-day operations, assisting in producing podcasts, and project coordinating high-impact events like MOMCON. If you’re equally energized by checking things off a list as you are brainstorming compelling copy, booking guests, or managing logistics, keep reading. This role is part executive assistant, part podcast producer, part event/project coordinator, and 100% vital to the mission.

Key Responsibilities

Podcast & Brand Content Production

  • Produce and manage the CEO’s podcast (episode outlines, guest booking, prep, recording, post-production coordination).
  • Support creative direction and project management of CEO-facing content including social media, video, email, and web.
  • Prepare research briefs for interviews, appearances, and speaking engagements.
  • Assist with script writing and content editing; write copy when needed—sometimes witty, sometimes poignant, always on-brand.
  • Update and maintain the CEO’s website and social media accounts.
  • Liaise with marketing to secure and organize brand assets.
  • Document communications and interactions in CRM system for relevant partners.
  • Oversee communication with PR firm and coordinate media appearances.

Event Coordination (Primarily MOMCON)

  • Coordinate MOMCON related projects including details for creative collateral including videos, graphics, reach-outs and collecting creative assets.
  • Support the MOMCON marketing plan in collaboration with the Marketing Team which includes gathering all marketing collateral that is needed.
  • Coordinate food & beverage.
  • Process check requests for all main stage speakers, workshop speakers, vendors, etc.
  • Serve as support to the Events Team (note-taking, shopping runs, ordering food, packing, etc.).
  • Collect and manage surveys and feedback from attendees and staff.
  • Able to proactively anticipate needs of the team and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of.

Executive Support

  • Anticipate and meet the daily needs of the CEO, ensuring her time is maximized and energy is spent on what matters most.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, meeting prep, itineraries, and scheduling.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Provide cheerful, proactive support across personal and professional tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Follower of Jesus. Able to faithfully sign and uphold the MomCo. Faith and Values Statement.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical ability. Willing to take initiative. 
  • Clarity in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Conducts self in a professional manner.
  • Curiosity, sense of humor and tenacity are highly valued.
  • Able to work 40 hrs/week during peak event season and overtime during event.
  • Able to travel for up to a week at a time.
  • Able to lift 25 pounds and walk up to 5-8 miles daily during MOMCON.
  • Experience as an executive assistant, producer, or project coordinator
  • Strong writing chops—funny, moving, concise, and always clear
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience (or willingness to learn) podcast production tools and workflows
  • Warm, confident communication and a get-it-done attitude
  • Ability to adapt quickly, juggle many tasks, and bring calm to chaos
  • High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and discretion
  • Three to five years’ experience supporting large events in a LIVE capacity
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • High level of flexibility, follow-through, and responsiveness.
  • Team player with world-class organizational skills.
