Think It Through

You are a collector of information, a customer of knowledge, a curator of facts. But if you don’t put that into practice, it is not very useful. Grab a friend, a mentor or a fellow Leader and a cup of coffee, chai latte or some sparkling water to talk through these questions.

  1. What are your strengths as a Leader?
  2. What is your goal or vision for what you are currently leading?
  3. What keeps you awake at night?
