We want to share some practical tips to help move you from just wanting it to actually practicing it.   1. Become a student, and educate yourself on the issues.
  1. Pray for opportunities.
  1. Research those you can learn from, and follow them on social media.
 
 
  1. Surround yourself with diversity.
  1. Listen.
  1. Learn from minorities.
  1. Notice and take responsibility for negative stereotypes you hold.
  1. Acknowledge truth.
  1. Stand as an ally for the marginalized.
  1. Model reconciliation in your own relationships.
